The University’s commitment to the area has been typified by such recent innovations as the Robinson Community Learning Center. “We see that seamless University-community enterprise as a model for partnerships that will address a broad spectrum of issues, from the economic and social well-being of nearby neighborhoods to the viability of the area as a whole,” Gutierrez said.p.
