Rosette Muzigo-Morrison was honored with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award from Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. She is the longest serving legal officer with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. She is a 1993 M.A. graduate in peace studies and a 1994 LLM graduate in International Civil Rights from Notre Dame Law School.
