Carroll William Westfall, currently professor of architectural history in the School of Architecture at the University of Virginia, has been appointed Edward Frederick Sorin Professor and chair of the School of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame, according to Nathan O. Hatch, Notre Dame’s provost. Westfall’s appointment is effective July 1.p.
