The Notre Dame Security Police Department (NDSP) and other area law enforcement and emergency response agencies will conduct a training exercise from 8 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday (May 21) in and around the Jordan Hall of Science on the east side of the Notre Dame campus.

The exercise will be realistic in nature and include the firing of blank ammunition, the use of volunteers inside and outside the building, and the deployment of police, fire and medical emergency vehicles and personnel.

NDSP and other agencies routinely conduct such training exercises to prepare in the event of an actual emergency.
