Some 170 Notre Dame graduating seniors who are embarking on a year or more of service in this country and abroad—nearly 10 percent of the class of 1999—will be honored at the University’s annual Senior Service Send-Off Saturday (May 15) at 10 a.m. in Washington Hall. The ceremony will include the friends, classmates and families of the graduates, who will be serving in more than 40 service programs in 15 countries.p.
