Word has been received of the death of John R. Malone, a University of Notre Dame faculty member for more than 40 years and founding director of the University’s master’s of business administration (MBA) program. Malone suffered a series of strokes the past two weeks and died Sunday (Aug. 29) at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. He was 78.p.
