Summer camp offers privilege of service
On some of the hottest mornings this past summer, dozens of University of Notre Dame alumni families grabbed water bottles, piled into their cars and drove off to different sites around South Bend to take part in the university's alumni Family Volunteer Camp.
Georgetown panel promotes John Courtney Murray’s legacy of pluralism, religious freedom
In a panel discussion on Thursday, November 16, Initiative director John Carr brought together Bishop Robert McElroy of San Diego, Rick Garnett, professor of law at the University of Notre Dame Law School, and Melissa Rogers, former head of the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships during the Obama administration, to consider what robust religious freedom looks like in a pluralistic society.
