Three promotions in the University of Notre Dame’s Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS) have been announced by Scott Malpass, vice president for finance and chief investment officer for the University.p. Joseph A. Russo, the director of financial aid since 1978, has been appointed director of the OSFS. Eugene M. Pilawski, assistant director of financial aid has been appointed associate director of the OSFS. Cortney Swift, OSFS senior administrator, has been appointed assistant director of the OSFS.p.
