Joseph Rutledge, who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and ‘02, has won the Elijah Watts Sells Gold Award for attaining the highest score in the nation on last year’s Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination.p.
