Edward W. “Rocky” Kolb, a popular author and lecturer who is head of the NASA/Fermilab Astrophysics Group at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, will give a lecture titled “The Quantum and the Cosmos” at 7:30 p.m. April 17 (Tuesday) in the auditorium of the University of Notre Dame’s Hesburgh Library.
