Leo Burke, most recently director of strategy for Motorola University in Schaumburg, Ill., has been appointed associate dean and director of the executive programs in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He succeeds the retiring Arnold Ludwig, who directed Notre Dame’s executive programs in business for 16 years.p.
