The University of Notre Dame today announced a $2-million gift from alumnus Gary E. Gigot, partner and senior vice president for worldwide products for the Seattle-based software firm ViSio Corp., to fund a new center for the study of entrepreneurship in the University’s College of Business Administration. The Gigot Center for Entrepreneurial Studies will be in place for the opening of the 1998-99 academic year.p.
