Recognized for the third year in a row, the University of Notre Dame ranks ninth among large organizations in IDG’s Computerworld 2015 Best Places to Work in IT. The 22nd annual survey ranks organizations that provide challenging work for information technology employees while providing great benefits and compensation. Notre Dame is featured, along with other recognized organizations, in the June 22nd digital edition of Computerworld.

Notre Dame’s Office of Information Technologies (OIT) works collaboratively with other IT staff throughout the University to support faculty, staff and students. To do this, the office focuses on delivering value, driving innovation and developing its staff.

The Best Places to Work in IT list is an annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals by IDG’s Computerworld. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
