Jay Caponigro, currently director of urban programs and justice education in the University of Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns, will become the first director of the University-sponsored Community Learning Center, which is being created in the former Goodwill Building on North Eddy Street.p. Rev. Edward A. Malloy, C.S.C., the University’s president, will introduce Caponigro at a news conference at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow (Dec. 1) in the new center. Northeast Neighborhood leader Rev.
